ROSEN and the educational
system
Among the opening and collaborating initiatives towards educational projects
of schools in the region, Rosen has hosted students of different age groups,
organising school visits, lessons and distributing didactic material about
technical matters:
- In June 2002, a group of 35 students of the Technical School Polaniec were involved in an international visit;
- In March 2002, 19 students of the Institute of Higher Education “Volta – Pacinotti” of Piombino (LI) were involved in a stage at the plant:
- In 2000 Rosen accepted a student of Pisa University of the faculty of Electrical Engineering for a period of three months; Rosen hosted a delegation of 15 students of Pisa University Mechanical Engineering Faculty of Pisa University;
- In 1999 Rosen collaborated with the composition of a university Thesis of a student graduated in Electrical Engineering of Pisa University.
ROSEN and the community
Rosen participated in the 1999 and 2001 Solvay initiatives “Open Doors”, a manifestation showing the closeness of the factory towards the community and the region.
